Then right as you are ready dad blindly walks into the back of the picture...

but finally you'll get a good one.

Swimming & Labor Day

This past weekend we went back to Augusta to eat with Glen's dad and grandmother at Sunshine Bakery and then we cooked out with the Lentz's for dinner. We finally got to see my sister's new house and we went swimming at Oma's house that afternoon.

He also wanted me to take a picture of him swimming under the water. Not quite under but close enough.

Scogin Cookout

Aaron (Glen's oldest brother) had some leave and came to visit us Friday night. K, H, and C came down from Greenville to join us too! Since Aaron lives in Washington we don't get to see him much, and we were so glad we got to see him this past weekend.

Of course I used this opportunity to cook something really good. We had ribs, corn, watermelon, and buffalo dip- a true summer cookout.

Greenville

Sunday, we headed up to Greenville to see our nephew C get baptized! After that we (along with a large group of family who also went to Greenville) headed over to K & H's new house. We had a delicious meal and good time with family. Thanks for having us!
