Beer Pot Roast

The Pioneer woman calls it Beer Braised Beef with Onions, but really its pot roast cooked with beer. I have not made pot roast ever before. I love pot roast, but we do not have a crock pot due to the lack of space in our less than 600 sq. ft. apartment when we got married. I found this recipe that is cooked in the oven. It was very good, and until I get a crock pot which I definitely do not have room for I will make this pot roast.
