room redo

we haven't done much to our house since we moved in 3 1/2 years ago. the first room we painted was emma taylor's, and it's the best looking room in the house. most of our rooms are a hodge podge of things we aquired here and there or got free when we first got married. by the end of next year (which is quite a generous timeline) we hope to redo everything in our room and possibly our bathroom. here are the things we have on our list...

1. paint room and bedframe (done)

2. new bedspread (done)

3. sew some new pillows for the bed

4. get artwork to hang above bed

5. build a side table

6. replace chest of drawers

7. replace lamp

8. possibly replace/make bedframe

{on a whim we decided to spray paint our bedframe which we got free when we first got married, and we love how it turned out. we still have plans of making a bedframe from a door in the future, but for now this one is fun!}
