big and lil pumpkins
between months 2-3 the boys have started really changing and one of the biggest differences is size. jackson is a good bit heftier than brody and brody is now our little squirt and nugget. just as we approach month 3 brody moved up to taking 4 oz bottle. that is 2-3 weeks after jackson.

tea parties + art projects
i set up a real tea party and craft for e.t. and macy one afternoon after school. we have since had make believe tea parties every afternoon since. as for the craft. emma taylor asks for one EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. so once in awhile we will do a real craft.

these girls are sharing early on with their little brothers. i wonder when the day will come when they start demanding cars and trains instead of dolls and mermaids.

daddy daughter date
now that emma taylor is in school we are finding she needs more attention. all the other littles are so demanding that sometimes she seems to get put on the back burner. so last night glen took her on a date. just the two of them. i love seeing how their relationship is growing and hope that this is a foundation that will provide a platform in the future for emma taylor to stand on. she was so excited and of course wore her fancy dress (for dinner at mccalister's).
